How does AI trip generation work?
Tell us where you're going, when, and how you like to travel. Our AI builds a multi-day itinerary using real attractions, restaurants, live web data, weather, and travel times between stops. You can edit anything — swap activities, reorder days, or refine with another AI pass.
What's included with Travelog Pro?
Pro unlocks unlimited AI trip generation, advanced refinement tools, and premium planning features. If you only need one trip planned, you can buy a single-trip pass instead — no subscription required.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Open the App Store app → tap your profile → Subscriptions → Travelog → Cancel Subscription. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Can I use Travelog offline?
You can view trips you've already loaded while offline. Creating new trips, generating AI itineraries, and syncing journal entries require an internet connection.
How do I share a trip with friends?
Open any trip → tap the share icon. You can invite buddies directly inside the app, set the trip to public so anyone can see it, or send a link.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app → Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your trips, journal entries, and account data. If you'd like us to handle it for you, email travelog052@gmail.com from your account address.
I found a bug. What should I send?
Email us with: your device model, iOS/Android version, the Travelog app version (Profile → Settings → About), and a quick description of what happened. Screenshots help a lot.
