Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Travelog account and all associated data at any time. Choose whichever method is easiest for you.
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app
This is the fastest path and removes your account immediately.
- Open the Travelog app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm the dialog. Your account and data are deleted immediately.
Option 2 — Email request
If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the address associated with your account. We will verify your identity and delete the account within 30 days.

What does not get deleted
A few items must be retained briefly for legal or operational reasons, and are deleted on the schedule above:
- Billing receipts — kept as long as legally required (typically up to 7 years for tax purposes), then permanently deleted.
- Security logs — kept for up to 90 days for fraud and abuse prevention, then permanently deleted.
If you used Apple, Google, or Facebook sign-in, deleting your Travelog account does not affect those underlying accounts. You'll need to revoke access from those providers separately if you'd like.
Cancel a subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel an active Travelog Pro subscription. Cancel separately through:
- iOS: App Store app → tap your profile → Subscriptions → Travelog.
- Android: Play Store app → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Travelog.
